Douglas N. Rishor has been engaged in the real estate business since 1965. He is the Broker of Record and a Certified Real Estate Appraiser. His real estate experience includes property management, listing , selling, leasing and appraising residential and commerical properties. He is a past president of The Peterborough and the Kawarthas Association of Realtors, past president of the Canadian National Asssociation of Real Estate Appraisers. He currently is a member of The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council and the International Valuation Council.
David Rishor, DAR

Licensed since 1992, David Rishor is a third generation Realtor and Appraiser working in Peterborough and the eastern Kawartha Lakes area. He developed a passion for real estate from an early age growing up in the industry. He is experienced in residential, condominium, corporate relocation, waterfront and commercial transactions. He is a past director of the Peterborough and the Kawarthas Association of Realtors.
For David, the real estate business is all about relationships. He works closely with his clients to ensure a positive experience, whether buying or selling.

Rob Wood has been in the real estate business since 1987. He is experienced in listing, selling and leasing residential and commerical real estate. Rob’s construction background includes several new build, renovation and restoration projects. Rob guides his clients through their real estate transactions with his hands-on approach and professional advice.

Mary has been in the real estate business since 1996. She is experienced with listing and selling a variety of residential properties. Her areas of expertise are century homes and hobby farm properties.

Genevieve is your first contact at Douglas Rishor Real Estate Brokerage. She is our Administrator and Office Manager. Genevieve keeps our office running smoothly from reception to accounting, bookkeeping and property management.
